I've got a broken hatch lens that leaks. Does anyone know that what make hatch are on these models? Can I just remove the broken lens and replace it or do I try some kind of sealant?

I've used tape to seal plexiglass that I didnt want to replace (was selling the boat). So, yes, fixes to seal the crack are possible although not pretty. You can fabricate a new piece of lexan/plexiglass, bring it to a local plastics fabricator, replace the whole window, seals, etc or have a it repaired. Do a search for boat hatch repair and you should find at least three different companies
If you are good with DIY, it is generally not a bad job to replace the lens.. A custom cut piece of acrylic (Plexiglass) would be around $45 then a tube of Dow 795 would be around $10. Carefully remove the old lens, clean the sealing surfaces very well, mask the stuff ya don't want sealant on then put sealant on the frame and carefully seat the new lens
