Could use some info on the recommended idle speed in neutral on a 1994 Catalina 270 with a 18HP Perkins Peroma 3 cylinder diesel. 160 hours on engine but lately have noticed occassional "rumbling" of engine in gear at lowest throttle setting. if i increase throttle slightly rumble goes away. Can I safely increase RPM's by 100 or 200?
