Winch
Havn't had to do that yet on my 1975 Cat 22, though if I did I would want to keep to the same diameter as the original since that seems to work just fine. I do take my winches apart every year, then clean and grease the moving parts. I have noticed that the ?pauls are worn a bit. Wonder if those parts are still available? If that's your problem, it would sure be cheaper to replace them than the whole winch. Let us all know if you end up with a good new match as we may all need to follow someday.
