C-22 Running Rigging

Greetings!I have been searching for running rigging dimensions for the '22...unsuccessfully. Can anyone provide "standard" dimensions for sheets (main and jib/genoa) on a '22 (or point me to a source)?I understand that there can be differences depending on the type of line used. I would like to replace what I have and would appreciate advice on line size and type. We mostly day sail but I would like to try racing my boat at some point.Thanks,Brad.S/V Wothless Crew

Figuring lengths of running rigging.

West Marine catalog has a chart within it's pages. This chart tells you the length of running rigging and how to figure it for any size sailboat. You can be more than safe by adding 5% more length, then after real use.....cut off excess length.

Owners Manual

My owners manual for my '89 just purchased last fall shows the main at 60 ft and jib halyard at 63 ft. It lists the line size as 5/16, but I'm sure mine is larger diamter than that. Good source is to call Catalina Direct at 800 959 7245.

Greg, Gary,Thanks for the help. My Owner's Manual (the "old" one...a 1972 model) doesn't have line sizes...and I think, like Greg, my lines are larger diameter than they need to be.Regards,Brad.
