When I purchased my C-22 a few weeks ago I actually took the curtain down. It had a small steel railing (approx. 3/8" wide), screwed in on top, and placed just before the v-berth. The curtains had clips which then slid into the railing.
In place of the little clips, the heads of small oval head screws will fit into the railing on the cabin roof with the ends screwed into the folds of the orginal curtain or in some fashion into a new curtain.
My C-22 has an aluminum rail that is situated on the cabin roof directly behind the mast post. When I purchased it, there were no curtains and I had to make them. The slides that go in the rail were also missing. I obtained them from a local RV dealer pretty cheep! You can find a lot of stuff for your boat at camper/RV dealer as they use some of the same technology where the interior is concerned.
