My small growing charter co needs a mid 40’ (3 Bedroom and 2/3 Bathroom) Bene for chartering. I have growing demand and no way to fill the requests for a yacht of this size.
My management is very Owner friendly – I only make money off of income – no dockage and no mark up on parts or labor.
Just to let you know who I am, I owned a charter company, Pro Valor Charters, in the BVI for 10 years from '92 to '02 where it grew in size and profitability every year. During that time my fleet grew from 1 yacht to 10 yachts and I was eventually awarded the rating of 'Best' by sailonline.com in '02. I built up the fleet through honesty and hard work with most of my bookings being repeats or referrals.
I have recently returned to the BVI, acquired an invaluable Trade License, and restarted my Yacht Chartering business. My new Yacht Charter Company is Pro Valor Sailing Ltd. & The Captain’s Compass Ltd. at provalorsailing.com.
The business is based in the world's best and most profitable sailing area, able to operate year round. The BVI have excellent natural resources and business services that have made it the world’s leading sailing destination. The BVI are very stable politically, legally, and economically. The local currency is the US Dollar with no restrictions on the movement of funds or financial exchanges.
There is no capital gains tax, or gift tax, or sales tax, or profit tax, or corporation tax, or inheritance tax, or estate tax. There is no income tax but there is payroll tax of 8%, but only after the first $10K
