Buying a Hunter Legend 37 (1989)

I am currently looking to buy a 1989 Hunter Legend 37. I have been a Tartan owner for years but really like the layout of the 37'. I am worried about the quality of craftmanship and not having a backstay. Any information giving would be deeply appreciated. howard@appalchianrealty.com

The Legend 37, 1989 does have a backstay. I had a Tartan Before my Hunter and there is a difference in quality, but if you shop carefully and get a good survey a Hunter can serve you well.
