I am wondering what bushings you are talking about. I just pulled my rudder and replaced the housing that sits in the cockpit, there are no bushings on mine. The original housing was aluminum with a brass/copper wearing ring (mine had broken sometime in the past and was about 1/2 there). I replaced the housing with a stinless steel one with a neopreme like washer/spacer for $150.00. It was made at a machine shop. I checked several other machine shops after mine was made and the price was between $130.00 - $150.00 in every case. I hope this helps.
