Hi, I recently purchased a 1987 30' Catalina and I am having trouble with the rubber molding on the one side. One section of the channel that it lays in is too loose and the molding falls out and the weight of the molding pulls the molding out of the track on that side of the boat. Is there anything I can do to keep the molding in the track? I also have purchased replacement molding for the section that got chewed up by the prop. when it pulled out, I am having a difficult time snapping it back into the track. Is there any tool or liquid that would make it easier. I tried liquid soap, it helped a little but I have 25 feet to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks.
