bulkhead repairs

1983 Catalina 27 with port side bulkhead with attached chain plate showing signs of delaminating. Any suggestions to remedy potential problem appreciated. thanks guys

remedy to potential problem.....

replace the bulkhead. Pull out the old one and use it as a pattern for the new bulkhead. You might check C27 owner's site for project. Or google.
