I have a bulge in my keel at the top of the ballast level. Also the forward end of the bilge has opened up at the edges allowing water to run into the keel. I have read a few posts on this problem but would appreciate more detailed help. What is the best way to dry out the keel? Should I drill hole into the keel to drain? At what level? How do you seal these holes? Should I remove some ballast to shrink the bulge? What is the best product to reseal and halt the expansion of the keel ballast? Thanks, Carl
