On my 38 from 2008, the watercraft identification number (WIN number) is located to the left of the starboard porthole at the rear of the boat.
The CE certification is an original document that is attached to the boat.

Unfortunately my CE is not attached to the boat, neither in the manual. But thanks for the info.

I imported my H 38 Legend 2006 to Poland from Ireland. I got the CE certificate along with the boat's service book, and the nameplate is located on the left side of the exit. Best regards, M
