It begs the question, where was the survey and how was this not noticed in the listing of equipment in the survey? Mistakes in listings happen all the time this is part of what should be flushed out in a good survey. It is easy to type wind, depth speed even when it may not have wind..I just bought a 1992 33.5 Hunter from a Broker. The ad said boat
had a new speed, depth, and wind instrument. I just found out the boat
does not have a wind instrument. Am I wrong expecting the broker
to make good on the wind instrument?
