broken switches

On my 2014 OC 45 the electrical panel has both the shore power and 12 V switches. 2 of the 12 V switches have broken with almost no use. I received 2 new switches from the dealer but both he and my electrical expert say the repair will take a prolonged and expensive effort. The switches are black toggle type with 2 plug prongs in the back and a retainer piece on each side. It looks like they should just plug in. However, I am unable to remove the old switches and do not want to tear up the panel facing. My electrician suggested that Beneteau should replace the whole panel. Anyone else have broken switches? How did you fix these?

Pictures please. Front and back.

They should push forward from the rear. Probably.
Is there a screw-on ring on the back or is it like the pinch retainers pictured below?
I find it hard to believe that switches can't be removed without damaging the panel.

That is my panel and my switches. I have not looked at the back as the dealer and electrician said it was a difficult job. I am going to look this weekend. I agree it should not be that difficult but what do I know?

I think once you get the panel open you'll see it's dead-easy.
Pull the wires, pinch the tabs, pop 'em out.
The level of "difficulty" according to marine vendors can sometimes increase dramatically if they smell money.
