Broken Screws in Catalina 350 Sole

WE had some Saltwater flood the sole due to "dripless seal" problem 2-3 years ago. I noticed some of the floor screw heads were corroding. Tried to remove- they are breaking just below the head! Any ideas how to remove without damaging teak laminate flooring. I'm looking at 1/4" hollow cutter to remove core, but wondered if there is a better way?

You can buy a screw extractor at your local hardware store. You'll need a carbide drill bit to drill a pilot hole in the screw and then you tap the screw extractor in and back the screw out. There are lots of "how to" guides online - just Google "screw extractor."
