I've broken the mast on my 1964 16' 9" Daysailor! Anyone know where I might find a core-and-sleeve kit that could be used to repair it? This is a teardrop shaped mast of approximately 2 1/16" x 2 3/4" exterior measurements.
I'd try a local sparmaker, or ZEPHYR SPARS in Wareham,MA. It is possible that Zephyr made your mast for O'Day, I know they did make some of the O'Day spars in those days. Zephyr Products Division CCSB tel: 508-295-3550 fax: 508-295-3551
