Broken mast base

Hello,
I have a 1976 helsen 22. I removed the base of the mast and noticed that most of the holes that the screws went into were corroded. I think it is necessary that I replace it, but I am not sure where to find this part. I have attached a picture below.

I am looking at a Helsen 22 as my first sailboat. The boat is certainly a project boat and needs work. (Don't they all.:cussing:) My quandry is that I am having a difficult time locating information on this brand of boat. I know the price is great, but I do not know where to be able to locate...

Could you not just relocate the holes or helicoil the existing holes?

There is a company called Rig Rite that may be able to help. It possibly might be a Keynon Isomat or Dwyer mast? If others excludeing Z spar and US Spars, many have gone by the wayside but again best bet is to contact Rig Rite. Call Dave Groshong with the forum store and maybe they can identitfy it.
