Broken Keel Uphaul Mac19

We recently bought a Mac 19 in South Africa. This boat was unsailed but came without any manual, specs etc. We have now discoverd that the keel uphaul had snapped. We would appreciate any assistance or technical specs on the boat so that we might repair this and any further problems that we might experience.
