Used it

I put some of this on my exterior teak a year+ ago. A couple of notes.1) Don't try to put all 6 coats on bare wood in one day. I found that coats 1 and 2 had some pretty sever bubbling as it soaked in the wood. Next time I'll do two coats, let it set overnight then light sand to get the bubbles out.2) They advertise 18 months between maintenance coats. Well, not really. We got about 9 months (in S. Florida).All in all it's a really good product that pretty much delivers. It looks like varnish, goes on easier than Cetol, and is pretty easy to maintain.Jimh37.5 "Prospect"

Bristol finish

After reading the reviews in Popular Sailor last year I tried the product on my 26' Capri last spring with disappointing results. I followed the instructions and it looked great for a few months but I am having finish seperation on several pieces. In all fairness, I have not been in contact with the company to see what they have to say about my problem at this time but plan to do so when the weather is better.
