DS II Crane Launching?
I have an '82 DS II and trailer it only, I'd suggest you find a piece of shore and launch the boat off the trailer. I'd wonder about a sailing club trying to tell you (and charge you!) to crane lift this boat into the water, frankly, that's ridiculous. This boat launches very easily in shallow water and the mast is easily stepped by one person especially if it is hinged. If you need help, ask a fellow sailor to help you launch it and buy them a cool beverage (much cheaper than buying a bridle and crane launching fees).
