Hey y'all! Admittedly, I spend a lot of my spare time reading up on statistics of different sailboats on Sailboatdata.com; I find it very interesting to see different sail plans and weight ratios and number of each boat made, etc., and how they're all different. While I was surfing the website yesterday evening, I found this interesting vessel:
This is a "Brick" (Herbulot). Weirdly, her reputation in France as a daysailer/racer differs entirely from her name. Her hull is constructed of wood, and her design is actually sleek, almost of a racing profile. With a fin keel and skeg rudder, she corners well, too. Turns out this brick happens to be quick!
