I have a 1990 Hunter 35.5 Legend and some of the indicator lights on the electrical breaker panel don't work. I opened the panel to see about replacing them but it isn't obvious how they can be removed. I was relucant to pull or twist on them too much for fear of breaking something! Has anyone had to replace their's and if so how did you do it and where can you get replacements?

Call Hunter and get the manufacturer of the panel...my 1991 was done by Panel Tronics in Miami, and they still have parts for it...My LEDs were $3-5 each (some 12v and a few 110v) You can go with cheaper, radio shack stuff, but your panel will never look the same

Mine pull out the front and are friction fit...be careful if you are not ready to repair or replace things, when opening the power panel - especially if you have never opened it.

There are hazardous voltages present and some of the older boats, like mine have little to no protection. I found that many of the LEDs used had/have dropping resistors that long ago burned up and that many of the lugs/crimps were needing work, as well.

Easily a DIY job, if you have a decent soldering iron and small tools, crimps and crimper, and are aware of the voltages,
