Just attended the, North Sails sponsor'd, seminar on Cruising and Seamanship, and learned more about sail shape and trim (in 7 hours) than I ever have in the past. JR was excellent, not only in knowledge, but in experience. I don't know if John surfs these pages, but, just wanted to say thanks for the great insight at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club on April 14.

I attended the April 6th session held at the US Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY, and I wholeheartedly agree with you. John and Bill Gladstone did a great job. In addition, the CD that corresponds to the presentation is a recommended purchase. Recommend the course to any and all.
