Brand new sailboat owner but what is She

I am going to be the very proud owner of this sailboat soon and was wondering any info about her. I am new to sailing but really something I have wanted to do my whole life so I will be restoring this beauty. But what is it any info would be very helpful Keith

Probably the first questions would be:

Can you find a hull ID #? (usually on the transom)

Do the sails have any designs/emblems/marks on them?

First of all she is a hole in the water. How do you make a small fortune? Start with a large fortune and buy a sailboat.

Second of all, she is your couselor and your mistress. She's the best rest you've ever had and your worst nightmare. She is exactly what you need.

So, that said, tell us about her. She looks to be in the 22 foot range, swing keel, about 2200 lbs. Soft chine, not too much freeboard, but enough to heel well and feel the exhileration of uncertainty. Drafts about 12" keel up. Easy to launch and retrieve. Sleeps 4. What else?

The attached pic is very small but she looks to have a state license # on the bow. By trying to trace this, it may help with an answer.
