He claims this bulletin board is "affiliated" with his product. He uses it as an endorsement. Please boycott this stuff, indicate that his rude intrusions are not welcome and advise him that the BB does not endorse any product, directly or by affiliation and such a claim violates the BB rules. If so, I strongly encourage you to email his ISP and ask them to remove his website. Email spam is a violation of virtually all ISP's terms of service.

most sites reserve the right to update you on information once you have made an inquiry or a request for information on their site. They are also suppose to have a removal method so you will NOT be contacted again. Doesn't this stuff just PISS you off (need I ask)
