good idea
i myself am installing a roller for one hook. i don't like hanging the anchor from the pulpit. it looks cheesy. i would'nt try to hang two anchors though. too much weight in this critical area is'nt good at all. stow the big anchor below( as low and to the center of the boat as you can. midship cleats are a great idea.(me too) although you will have to saw/grind away the aluminum towrail to install a fairlead for the line to exit.(also a good idea) just do a smooth curving grind and it will look like it came from the factory that way! leave about 4 inches on each side from the end of the cleat horn.
