For those considering an asymetrical sail, a bowsprit is a clever addition that has made it's deployment both easier and more effective for my old cruiser-racer. Kingman marine did the install of this Selden kit, I've still got use of the anchor-roller, and the bow-sprit can quickly be removed or retracted. My downwind/reaching & light air performance has been greatly improved and I have been able to add more sail with just two people. I still have the old spinnaker, but that sail requires several more folks on deck, more lines, colorful language, and fancy footwork to deploy.

Yes, they did a good job, and got it done fast. Although, I prefer to do most jobs myself, the equation of my skill, my time working/spending $$, or sailing never seems to balance out correctly.
