Bowsprint/windless

I own a H27 1979 and I would like to put a Bowsprint and windless on my boat . Has anyone done this to there boat ? also where to find the equipment I am in st. agustine florida thank you for any help I receive

A bow spirit will change your boats CLE (center of lateral effort) forward and give your boat extreme weather helm any time you use it. The exception is using a spinnaker and going down wind.
Size does matter when anchoring. A 27'er is not going to have the room to install a windlass most likly. I know my 37.5 legend did not have the room. Perhaps the Admiral can weight anchor for you. ;-) After all we are talking what? 20 lb or so? 20 lb is well with in the capabilities of most women. Some have given birth to almost that much weight.
They do not call them WO-men for nothing.
Seriously, why do you think you need a windlass (or bow spirit for that matter)
