Bow stress cracks

Greetings all! We have a 2009 H31 we purchased last year. After haul out last year I inspected the boat on its cradle and everything looked good. About a week ago I was prepping her for launch and noticed 2 cracks across the bow at the level of the boot stripe. I'm guessing these are stress cracks. Also, I noted crazing at the arch base starboard side. I thought this to be unusual for a boat this new.

We have never had a new boat before. Last boat was 20 years old. Has anyone else experienced this?

A few years ago I saw a haul out guy do such damage on a boat at the boot
stripe.

It was a very low tide and the haul out guy could not get the boat in the well to get the straps under it. He put a strap around the bow, low near the waterline, accelerated his equipment backward and dragged the boat into the well. Then he put the two straps under the boat and lifted the boat out of the water.

When I went by the boat a few days later I noticed cracking of the bow where the drag strap was placed.
