Good Morning,

My bow rollers are shot and need replaced. Anyone know the make of the bow roller for the Hunter 42 Passage?

Check the site here. Often the rollers are "specials" and are very hard to find. SBO has a custom conversion kit that allows standard rollers to be used.

I replaced mine with trailer rollers. 10 dollars. If they are not the right side they can be cut down very easy.

Original one lasted 2 seasons, trailer roller is on 5th season.

The store on this site sells the original style rollers also. The bow anchor roller diagrams are on Marlow Hunter website under tab : Our fleet/ service Manuals / model information / 42P / Pass 42 bow roller.
You can see the required measurements for the rollers.

Hi Art, I've decided to make my own either out of Delrin or Oak. This site makes them to order as does Marlow Hunter except Marlow Hunter wants way too much as does this site. Hunter Marine sold me a pair (the smaller rear rollers) several years ago for $30. They have since worn out after anchoring hundreds of times.

Our rollers are 2 7/8" wide, 1 3/4" diameter (they taper towards the center), with a 3/8" shaft hole.
