what is the best way to install a bow roller for a plow anchor on a hunter 26?

Morning Ron, attached is a pic of what we did. I made a template that fit around the nose of the bow and then had a 3/16 SS plate cut. Then bolted through the anchor roller, through the plate and the lip, with washers underneath, kinda hard to describe but you get the idea. At the same time I decided to reinforce the original front cleat rather than place two cleats up front, as I have seen others do. We anchor out most weekends in summer, and it is great not having to carry the anchor up and re attach every time, we use a oversized Delta. We think the project came out even better than what we envisioned as it noe gives us a better place to attach our spinnaker. We have anchored out in sustained 40s with 55+ mph gusts, danced around a lot but felt safe.
