Bow Pulpit on my 1983 28' Oday what's underneath?

Does anyone know what's under the bow pulpit stanchions on my 1983 28' Oday?

Is it solid fiberglass or balsa core?

I'm assuming that under the forward stanchion feet it's solid fiberglass; but it's the aft one's that I'm not sure about. Would there possibly be balsa core under the aft feet?

Any help would be great!
