Why isn't anything easy?

Bolts and nuts holding one of my nav lights are missing. I assume I have to open the fixture up, place new bolts thru from the inside, and mount on the mounting plate with a nut.

If so, how do you open the fixture up? I'm afraid to break it.

Also, are these OEM??????

No brand name on them that I can see, just the numbers 700598 and 238300050.

Ain't that real helpful?!? I feel your pain.
Many times we get questions here about replacing nav lights, which is almost identical to your issue, and asking "What fixtures do I have?"
The answer I've seen a number of times goes like this: Find a West Marine or Defender catalog and look at all the fixtures they have shown. It's easier to browse through a paper copy, but the internet will do, too. Find one that matches yours, then go to that manufacturer's website and download the manual for that fixture, which will show you how to mount it, replace the lamp, replace the lens, etc.
Good luck.

So far the closest I can come by catalogs and internet are ATTWOOD LED VERTICAL-MOUNT SIDELIGHTS, but I sent a picture of mine to Attwood Customer Service and they said they were not ATTWOOD, and no one there recognizes the brand. So, anyone that can ID them, please let me know..........
