Are you asking for a how-to?
If you are wondering how to get at the inside of the bow to access the nut for the eye-bolt, the answer is to cut a hole in the bulkead at the forward end of the cuddy space, either install a hatch to cover the opening, or an inspection port. The bow-eye on my boat was replaced by the previous owner and that was basically how he did it. You could also call Rudy at D&R Marine for advice, however I suspect that he will tell you the same that I just did. You can get a replacement bow-eye at a local marine supply store or order one from WEST Marine or Boat/US, Boaters World, Sailnet, or other source. D&R Marine will also have this part.
