Boom Vang for 7.3

Hey all,

I am planning on getting a boom vang for my 7.3. Any suggestions on what to get? I have been looking at Schaeffer's on Defender Marine but don't know what specs I need. Any input?

The specs are in the listings. A vang for a 25-30 footer would work
