boom type ???

Hi Guys I have a 1987 40 ft hunter legend

An will be purchasing a Sailpar boom lock for her
does anyone have any experience installing them
For when there purchased they install a different mount on then
for it to fit in to the track on the underside of the boom an mounts correctly
does anyone know what boom was installed on the hunter in that year ??
being Seldon Sparcraft Profurl Leisurefurl

Or is hunter something different
