Anyone have photos of your boom clew hardware? I bought my boat with the end of the boom missing so I plugged it up with a wooden end piece and have never really gotten it right. There is a metal eyelet/loop with a thin wire coming out of the top of the boom at the clew which I use for the topping lift. Any photos/directions/etc. appreciated!

On our contemporary h27, the clew outhaul is a wire cable coming out around a pulley at the top back end of the boom. The cable attaches to a piece of hardware that rides in the slot on the top of the boom, and has a pin that goes through the clew of the main. Inside the mast, the cable attaches to a pulley assembly to give mechanical advantage. At some point it is connected to a line that comes out of slot at the front center fitting of the boom around a pulley. There is a cleat on the bottom of the boom to tie off the line, once you get the clew tuned where we want it.

Not sure if the 25 is the same, but this description may get you started.
