The five oldest grandkids have sailed with us for two seasons as passengers (actually more like caged animals) on very short trips as part of our vacation time with them. Three of them are ready to make the move to becoming crew and I want to give them something which they can look at and study. I would like it to explain terms and have lots of pix in a format that kids would learn from. Anybody got any recommendations? Launch day (May 1)here in NW Ohio is only 60+ days away!!!! Tom

TOM YOU MIGHT ASK YOUR BOOK STORE ABOUT A BOOK CALLED "ROYCE'S SAILING ILLUSTRATED" or check it on the web, I just looked under that title and there are a number of places were you can get it. It's cheap, lots and lots of pictures and has alot of sailing/boating info. I have had it in my boating library for years. It has been out in many editions so look for an edition in the past 4 or 5 years. Have fun
