Epoxy
First, clean the fiberglass well with a solvent such as acetone. Then, bond the wood to the glass using a structural filler mixed with epoxy, to ensure that all of the epoxy does not get absorbed into the wood and some remains as a bonding agent between the wood and the fiberglass. If additional strength is necessary after the epoxy cures, you can add strips of fiberglass wetted with more epoxy along the edges where the wood meets the fiberglass (called a fillet). Just use acetone to clean the area again before creating these fillets.
