Has any owner used Wave Maker Boat & Auto Transit to transport their boat? Have you had any claims against them and did they settle?

We inspected the boat, a Hunter 45CC on the truck and the travel lift and all was fine. When we unwrapped the mast and furler, the base of the furler, the drum, was severely damaged. The forestay was broken as well. Someone either drove into the mast/furler or the driver backed into something as it was protruding beyonf the trailer. It was cheaper to replace the entire furler. So far no action on Wave Maker to make good on the costs.
