Anyone interested in exchanging locales for vacation?

I have: 1) 22' Catalina in Central Oregon -- open to either on the trailer (many mountain lakes surrounded by National Forest and Wilderness Areas -- lots of great hiking, fishing, berry picking, etc) or docked at Odell Lake (wonderful steady breeze 10-18 knots most days like clockwork, 10 or 11 am to near sunset -- canoe available for glassy mornings -- flyfish for rainbow trout, catch some tasty landlocked salmon (limit 25 per person per day!), or try for Mackinaw -- the lake record is 40 pounds 8 oz!).

2) Beachfront cabin near Newport, OR. Charter for tuna, salmon and halibut. 7 miles of sandy beach. Great kiteboarding.

3) 3,600 square foot home on 20 acres in the Sisters, OR area famous for winter and summer outdoor recreation. Great National Forest and Wilderness hiking nearby, rock climbing, mountain climbing, golf (across the street!), biking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, etc.

Possible inclusion of mountain bikes, road bikes, motorcycle, vehicle depending on what you are offering.

Looking for: boat 22' to 50' someplace warm spring of 2010 for self and wife of 27 years (keeper!). Need not be simultaneous. Florida, ICW, Gulf, Cuba, etc. Former US Coast Guard Officer, held Masters License, experience on sail boats to 51' and power boats to 378'. Many references available.

Be aware that swapping use of your boat may not be covered by your insurance. It may be considered using your boat in a "for-hire" situation, and as such a commercial charter venture, requiring commercial charter insurance to provide coverage.

Also, highly recommend you do not post e-mail addresses in machine readable form, unless you like getting spammed.

It may. It may not. Wouldn't want anyone to allow a use without checking. My coverages allow use by guests.
