I have found the some chandleries bring out non current stock, or "loss leaders" to entice you into their booth. Most of the other items are sold at their regular store prices. You'll also find yourself running back and forth from booth to booth trying to compare prices on items you're ready to buy. That gets very tiresome amongst the hoards of people. I have also found that since the show is so busy, that some vendors are in a hurry to complete your sale, and move on to the next customer standing there. The customer service at the show can be less than ideal, especially if you have questions. They say the best day to go to the show is the very last day. The vendors would love to sell their product than pack it all up. I love going to the boat show and will be going this year! You never know what you'll find, or what you'll see!
