Hello! We are about to start our second season of racing out of our home base Mariana @ Wabamun Alberta (2 hours East of Jasper). Last year we used a factor that started us 6.5 minits after the start time, does anyone know what the correct factor is for a 1994 Hunter 23.5. Thanks! Bruce & Jacqueline.

Sounds like you're talking about a reverse start. The correction factor is added at the begininng of the race, as a result the order of finish is the order of scoring. It is dependent on the distance and your handicap. The highest rated boat will start first. The next highest rated boat will start the difference in handicaps times the distance. And so on...
