Boarding the boat after a dive, swim or mob

I have a C30 TR that has no swim step or any type of ladder other than a small rope ladder that is very hard to use.

I called Minneys in costa Mesa but they will not ship the one they have.

What and where can I get something that works well at a reasonable price.

I will need to be able to install it with the boat in the water.
