Looks real to me.

You can see the crane rigging plus he is standing up and holding on. Looks like the ultimate dunk test.

Two riggers were aboard

Both were injured with various cuts, bruises and broken bones. They didn't tie the straps together. The drive units were ripped out by the aft strap.
