Blue water sailors

There was a person who was selling his /their h26 and house etc to set out for some blue water cruising, he was from one of the western states I think and used to contribute on a regular basis , has anyone heard from him /them, Have not been on the list much lately was doing some catching up and wondered what he was doing, thanks as always Mike Bacome

Last I heard, they'd found a boat (somewhere on the gulf coast, I think) and were outfitting for a long cruise. That's been several months, now.
