Blue chart

I can't get the Garmein Blue Chart to load into my Garmin76CS. When I try the screen on the 76CS says it's loading but when I try to look at the charts they are not there. I see them on the computer screen. Tried to call Garmin but gave up after holding for over 20 minutes.

On the PC you need to select the charts you want to install. They will appear in the left side under the maps tab. When you select the upload make sure that 'Maps' is checked.

Thank you Mike. I got home early from work and tried to call Garmin again. On hold for 24 minutes, but when I got through the fellow was very helpful and led me through the transfer. I don't understand why there are no directions that come with the Blue Chart explaining this. Thank you for your advice.
