blistering again

In a recent haul out, to replace my keel bolts, I discovered that my hull has the "pox"again. A little over 5 years ago I had the hull peeled due to the same problem and fixed by a reputable yard. It was within the warranty period, so the cost was covered. Has anyone with a 41s5 like mine had the same problem? I am looking at at least $17,000 to do the job again.

Is there any reason you can't do the job yourself? I've done blisters before, key is (after grinding down to fiberglass) fresh water applied to fiberglass at least twice a day for about ten days. You need to draw out the salt before repair or it will not last.
