Looking for comments from anyone who has used the product 3M Blister and Reair Filler to fix blisters. Thanks!

I have used 3M vinylester products for blister repair and prevention and wasn't happy with the results. As a matter of fact, 3M had some warranty problems with some of their blister repair bottom products - namely the vinylester types. 3M makes a whole lot of marine maintenance products that are absolutely wonderful, but they did have some difficulties with blister repair products some time ago. I prefer Interlux Interprotect Systems, which have had years of great success.
I just did my bottom with Interlux. It worked great. I had small bump like blisters I sanded flush with 60 grit and a 5" orbital sander. (Almost 5 hr on a 26'!) My "blisters" were more of a molding defect I think. They were about .5mm high and mostly just a dirt buildup. Nothing in them... solid.
Remember to wipe the bottom off with acetone after sanding and before applying the repairs.
