It appears that the number and size of the bottom blisters have reached the stage that will require a gelcoat peel. Have other 321 owners experienced excessive blistering to the point of requiring such an extensive repair? If so, what would I expect to pay for such a repair? Is there any potential that Beneteau would share the cost of such a repair? Thanks for your resonses.

Warranty?

Not sure what model year your 321 is, but recent Beneteau models have been delivered with a 10 year hull warranty.

blisters

My '94 OC400 always has several blisters every time I haul out. The first time, the warranty was still in effect and Beneteau forked over five hundred bucks for repair, but the next time was out of warranty. I just have them ground off, allow to dry for a few days, fill with epoxy and repaint. Believe me, a case of blisters is not enough of a reason for a peel job. Every time you haul, fix the big ones, larger than a tea cup and don't worry about the rest. They're not going to sink the boat.
